Babe In Arms™ Course

Preparing you for early parenting through informed choice and

balanced, realistic and pragmatic education. This course aims

to support you through those first precious days, weeks and

month™.

This course takes key elements from our signature course (Bump

To Baby And Beyond) and teaches finding self-confidence to

accept and manage the changing situation you are in.  It is

aimed at parents-to-be but is open also to new parents too.

This course will help demystify the earliest moments and weeks

of being new parents, teaches finding self-confidence to make

your own way on the journey ahead and make choices that are

right for your family.  We discuss options available and aim not

to teach you ‘the way’ but to find your own way.  We aim to

ensure both parents learn all the essentials for building a happy

healthy family, understand the importance of looking after

themselves as much as their new baby, and learn the precious

magic of infant development, how to support it and practical

skills to overcome challenges.  We aim to build parents

confidence by providing education around solutions, techniques

and safety advice that support them through amazing and demanding times.

Course includes handy reminder sheets to take away each week, unlimited contact with our teachers from when your baby is born through to 6 weeks, and expert sessions with visiting baby massage and infant feeding experts (depending on their availability).

It is recommended that you aim to complete the course about 3 weeks before your due date, but parents who miss the boat or just want a refresh are always welcome on this course.

Course duration: 3 weeks (3hr session per week)

Course Overview

"Massive thank you to Jude for all the support, advice and resources that she gave me on breast feeding and baby development. With the resources she sent me on on-demand feeding it gave me a better understanding on the area and as a first time mum gave me empowerment.   Having different feeding positions i could try when Lilly was being a pain really helped.   Also love the wonder weeks app she recommended to me - really worth getting".
